For a study application at the MRI-Lab Graz we need the following information, which will be asked in detail in this online survey:
- Contact information about the principal investigator and the executive staff
- Information about ethical approval
- Funding information
- Detailed study information (start/end time, participants, requested MRI-hours)
After filling out this survey we will contact you (the principal investigator) for further details.
Some words about your MR-data:
The MRI-Lab fully (and only) supports the Brain Imaging Data Structure (BIDS) format.
That offers the great advantage of easily sharing your data (e.g. OpenNeuro) and using all available BIDS-Apps.
That also means that you will not receive any DICOM-data. Further, structural image data will undergo "defacing" (removal of facial structures from MRI images) and participant meta-data is reduced to BIDS standard. This is necessary to be in line with the General Data Protection Regulation.
